Mel Borrin, President of Preferred Properties, Inc., has announced that Rosemary Uicker of Gilford an associate of the firm for the past 15 years was honored with three prestigious awards at the recent Educational and Awards Conference held in Dixville Notch. The first award was in recognition of sales activity that exceeded 15 million dollars. She was the top-producing associate for Preferred Properties, Inc. in 2001. The second award was given as a result of her activity level as reported by the Northern New England Real Estate Network as the most active sales associate in the Lakes Region Area. The final award presented to Rosemary Uicker was in recognition of company highs production in a 15-year period with sales activity totaling over $100,000,000. In presenting the award company Vice President Scott Rolfe said, 'It is unusual in this day and age to have an associate that remains with a company for such a long period of time and is consistently a top producer.' He added, 'Rosemary is a true professional that has received positive comments from both clients and customers that have had the pleasure of her expert guidance through a real estate transaction.'
