Mel Borrin, president of Preferred Properties, Inc., has announced that Rosemary Uicker, an associate of the firm for the past 15 years, has been honored with three prestigious awards. The awards were presented at the recent Educational Awards Conference held in Dixville Notch. She received the first awards in recognition of sales activity that exceeded $15 million. She was the top-producing associate for Preferred Properties, Inc., in 2001. The second award was as a result of her activity level as reported by the Northern New England Real Estate Network and the most active sales associate in the Lakes Region. The final award was presented to Uicker in recognition of company high production in a 15-year period with sales activity totally over $100 million. In presenting the award company Vice President Scott Rolfe said, 'It is unusual in this day and age to have an associate who remains with a company for such a ling period of time and is consistently a top producer.' He noted that Uicker is a true professional who has received positive comments from both clients and customers who have had her expert guidance through a real estate transaction.
